Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Riser, the software service at theriserpro.com and app.theriserpro.com ("Riser", "we", "us"). Riser is operated by a sole trader trading as Riser, based in Pakistan. By creating an account or using Riser you agree to these terms. If you use Riser for a business, you accept them on that business's behalf.

1. The service

Riser is web-based CRM, quoting and operations software for interior designers and interiors businesses. We may improve, change or add features over time. If we remove a significant paid feature, we will tell you in advance.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your sign-in details secure and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the team members you invite.

3. Plans, prices and payment

Riser offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan, priced at £99 per month or £999 per year, as shown on our pricing page. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy a subscription you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, after which the account moves to the Free plan and your data is kept. If a payment fails, Pro stays active for a short grace period while payment is retried.

5. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

6. Your data

You own the content you put into Riser, including client records, projects, quotes and files. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You can export your data at any time. We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Riser to break the law, send spam, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, attempt to access other workspaces, or overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep Riser available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available by email at support@theriserpro.com.

9. Liability

Riser is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Riser and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
